A beautiful day in the Faubourg Marigny section of the Bywater neighborhood. Warm enough for any costume, too hot for some. The crowd is so thick here that I am snapping photos as fast as I can while everyone is standing relatively still. Full length shots are hard to come by.

You might notice in a few of the last photos here that people are all facing the same direction. That is because the whole group is about to march through the heart of the French Quarter right down Royal Street. Not only is our group photogenic, but the spectators are well costumed as well.
